Progressive Physical Therapy offers convenient insurance pre-authorization and filing for our patients. Co-pays and Co-insurance is due at the end of each visit.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.

We offer a private pay plan. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, ACH debits, American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
