Greensburg Clinic Director and Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Oakley Billingsley graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in May of 2023 from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati. He also completed his undergraduate degree at Mount St. Joseph University with a Bachelor of science in Biology in 2020. He has worked in various clinical settings including industrial rehabilitation, return to sport therapy, and outpatient neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Billingsley has obtained his certification in the performance of Dry Needling with Integrative Dry Needling. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
As a collegiate baseball player and pitcher, Oakley developed a special passion for patients in the Orthopedic setting. His education and personal experience have allowed him to develop an approach to care that allows him to elevate patients of various presentations. Oakley is equally adept at treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries as well as athletes recovering from orthopedic injuries.
Oakley’s goal is to build a relationship with each patient to make therapy something that the patient ‘gets’ to do, rather than something they ‘have’ to do. Other than living in Cincinnati during college, he is a lifelong resident of Decatur County. Oakley currently lives in Greensburg with his wife and dog Izzy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
